This Privacy Policy explains what information POTS Ecosystem ("we", "our", "us") collects across our services — including potsdefi.com, the Pots Market prediction platform, and the Pots Money DeFi protocol — how we use it, and the choices you have.
POTS services are designed to be privacy-respecting: we do not require account creation and we never request access to your private keys.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
POTS does not require registration. We do not ask for your name, email address, government ID, or other personal information to use any of our services.
Wallet and on-chain data
When you connect a wallet to a POTS dApp, we may temporarily process your public wallet address to display balances, transaction status, and on-chain activity. Public wallet addresses and all transactions you execute are publicly available on the relevant blockchain regardless of whether you use our services.
Automatically collected data
Like most websites, we collect non-identifying technical information, including:
- IP address (truncated where possible)
- Browser type, language, and operating system
- Pages visited, referring URL, and approximate visit duration
- Device type (mobile, tablet, desktop)
We use an analytics system for website analytics. This includes session recordings, clickmaps, and link tracking. The analytics system sets cookies in your browser. You can disable cookies through your browser settings; this does not affect your ability to use the services.
We do not use third-party advertising trackers and we do not sell or rent any data to third parties.
2. How we use information
We use collected information only to:

- Process and settle trades on Pots Market

5. Blockchain transparency
Transactions you execute through POTS dApps are written to public blockchains (BNB Smart Chain, Polygon). Once on-chain, transaction data is immutable and visible to anyone. POTS Ecosystem has no ability to modify or delete on-chain records.
6. Data retention
We retain technical logs only as long as necessary for security, fraud prevention, and analytics, after which they are deleted or anonymized. We do not retain any private personal information.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold, or to object to or restrict certain processing. POTS services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when revisions take effect. Continued use of the services after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
